What about a IVA - Individual voluntary Arrangement - See this website for details of what this about and how it differs from bankruptcy..
http://www.libertytreegroup.com/
Go to the link which says ';Our Products';. the go to the part which says IVA...
This is part of what it says IVA's are:
';An IVA is an alternative to bankruptcy introduced by the government as part of the Insolvency Act 1986. It enables an individual in debt (debtor) to make a proposal to the people they owe money to (creditors) to reach a settlement. Should the proposal be approved by a majority of the creditors, the IVA then stands as a contract that binds all parties and prevents any further action.
A standard IVA will offer to pay whatever is affordable monthly into a fund over a five year period, and after that the debt is cleared. This can be the case even if the creditors end up getting less than 30% of their debts repaid, and so monthly payments into an IVA can be as little as 拢250 per month. Payments are based on what an individual or household can actually afford and are normally over 拢300-400, but still tends to be significantly less than the existing minimum payments on credit cards and loans';.
Nope I don't work for the company but came across the site myself today.. it just explains how IVA's differ from bankruptcy and at least you wouldn;t lose everything!! Lots of people are going for IVA's apparently.
Also contact your local CAB who will be able to offer you advice...
Take care...I am in a lot of debt and have been advised by a debt agency to go bankrupt does anybody have any advice plz?
as above IVA is the way to go. your credit rating will not be affected, although you will be advised not to get loans or credit cards while the amount is payed off. if you get the right agency you may be able to get 75% of the money owed written off in a 5 year period.
Good luckI am in a lot of debt and have been advised by a debt agency to go bankrupt does anybody have any advice plz?
Have you weighed out the pros/cons. I suggest another opinion from a financial planner. I regret filing bankrupt because it wasn't that bad. I could have closed some open items. I was misled - so get that other opinion maybe 2.
Good Luck!!!!
A site with good advice on it is www.moneysavingexpert.com, which was written by a prominent TV personal finance expert. There's also a specialist forum there, so it's worth a look to help you make an informed decision.
Also, make sure you have independent advice (which you should be able to find for free), since this agency may have a vested interest.
Remember that neither bankrupcy nor an IVA is a decision to take lightly, so be careful.
Please don't take the advice of a debt agency. They're in the business of taking money from you. They'll charge to handle your bankruptcy and they'll charge a phenomenal amount if you go for an IVA. (The companies on TV that advertise IVAs as 'We'll use government legislation to write off your debts' will charge you between 8k and 15k to administer your IVA.)
Go and talk to the money advice team at your local citizens Advice Bureau. They are the only ones that will give you unbiased advice and guide you through any paperwork for free.
I am not an expert at all on this but you should do everything possible to eliminate your debt before you declare banruptcy. It is going to screw up your credit report for years. If you keep paying your debt now and on time that will be positive for your report. Going bankrupt should be the absolute last thing, where you can't do anything else. Have you tried consolidating your debt? You can also work with the people that you owe money to bring down your amount due. I would try every possible thing first. Good luck!
You may or may not qualify for Chap 7...you can't file either a 7 or 13 until you've completed a financial class approved by your Trustee......You should call your local trustee for a list of approved classes and go ahead and sign up......at least then you'll know where you stand and if you choose to go forward, you can at least file.....
my brother declared himself bankrupt, the only regret he had was not taking more.debt but everyones different
First you need to budget your money and determine the minimum you can live on and take the remainder of your income and divide it amongst all your creditors with an explantion. They should back off as long as you keep making consistent payments. Some will still sue you for the balance and even if they win, they still have to accept those payments since they can't squeeze blood from a turnip--they can take a lot of your personal property but they have to leave you your house and at least one vehicle, and your furniture (if inexpensive--if antiques, they can take them and auction them off and anything else you own that is ';unneccesary';)
it depends on these things:
1) how old are you?
2) what is the debt primarily from (medical bills? out of job? kids? credit card bills?)
3) do you want a house in the next 10 years?
4) do you realize that your credit history is garbage if you do it?
if at all possible, you should not go bankrupt. i don't want to lecture, but it's morally wrong if you got yourself into the mess by misusing credit cards by purchasing junk and stuff. yes, everyone makes mistakes and this is a common one, but the things you bought or used cost money. not paying for it is essentially stealing. if the mess was unavoidable (lost job, medical bills that weren't covered by your medical insurance policy), then it is more understandable. however, future creditors won't care how or why. just that you filed for bankruptcy.
also, be aware that new bankruptcy laws went into effect last year. this made it more difficult to file, and if you make a lot of money you are limited to the type of bankruptcy you can file.
good luck.
You should probably follow the advice the agency unless they have done something to make you think they are wrong. The bad news is the bankruptcy will stay on your credit record for at least seven years. During that time it will be hard to get credit for a car, house, credit cards, etc. Also your car insurance rates may be higher (I know this is nuts but I swear it's true) It is supposed to be harder now to file for bankruptcy but I think what that really means is that the lawyers will charge more money to do the paperwork. It is a huge step please be sure the agency is sure. Good luck.
Depends which debt agency advised you. If its one that charges for services dont go with them. you can file for bankruptcy yourself without paying charges to anyone else.
First though you need to check bankruptcy is the best option. You could talk to Payplan, CCCS or CAB all of whom give free advice. CAB can help you fillin your bankruptcy forms and tell you the pros and cons too. All of them can help you with negotiating lower repayments with your creditors if that's a better option.
Other people have said it will stay on your credit history for up to 7 years, but so will any default you have with a creditor, so if you're already in debt you're credit history will already be damaged.
It's not possible to give you any advice on the information given.
I would second the advice to look at the chat boards on the moneysavingexpert site.
Also go to the link below to the dealing with debt board on The Motley Fool. Post your statement of affairs (you must have produced one to get the advice you have been given) and get more opinions.
I was advised the same thing in the late 80s. I was told if I didn't file I would be forced into it within three months. I refused to do it, got a second job and for about 2 years worked every day of the year. But I DIDN'T declare bankruptcy!!
Possible that a consolidation loan may help you. Try the link below

I need advice for snake training. I'm afraid of my snake, and I need to get used to it biting me, any advise?
It's a 2 foot long kingsnake (I know not the ideal beginners training tool). It's very aggressive, and I have NO problems GETTING it to bite me, I just need some advice on HOW I get used to it biting me.
Is this one of those things where I just need to step up and be a man, and just DO IT?!?!
BE HONEST!I need advice for snake training. I'm afraid of my snake, and I need to get used to it biting me, any advise?
Many baby snakes bite. Their instincts tell them that when something picks them up, they are going to be eaten, so they do whatever they can to try and prevent this. I breed kingsnakes and the babies almost always bite. They have to learn that you're not a threat. This is done by gentle handling. Handle them for short periods of time a few times a week and eventually they will stop biting.I need advice for snake training. Um, why are you trying to train a snake to bite? Kings are biters to begin with. Regular handling can tame them down. If you don't like getting bitten, you can wear smooth leather gloves. This helps hide your heat signature and it will protect you from the bite. Snakes are not trainable per se except for conditioned responses. They don't have a brain large enough to understand trained responses.
well i have a 2ft baby diamond python that bit me because he was a bit stressed when i picked him up. now i get him out with a chop stick and put him on mu hand and he hasnt bitten me since(tho he did bite my mum cuz she dropped the mouse we were trying to feed it in its head) so try using something that u can use every time you get him out, (and dont wash it so he gets used to ur smell) once hes on ur hand he shouldn't bite. works for me anyways.
good luck!!!!
Number 1 wash your hands before handling the snake. This will get any PREY scent off your hands. When you try to pick the snake up be sure to rub it's side so that you do not startle it. It will take some time but the snake will get used to you. As for the person that said don't feed it, please ignore them they do not know what they are talking about. I have rescued large reptiles for many years, and if you will do this it will get better.
It's afraid you. I think so. Well my cat was doing same :D. Just do some activities with it and it will wont be so aggressive.
i;m pretty sure that if you put something in your cage that smells like you it will get used to you%26amp; bite less. if you hold it more it will get more friendly.
reality check PIKA. snakes wont attack anything that does not have body heat! I dont think it biting at you is something healthy. He/She seems to be dominant over you because you dont put an end to it. When it bites you, leave it unfed for a while, then come back later with food, if it bites you again dont feed it. After third time or fourth it will stop biting you and surely, it will have respect for you since you feed it. It wont be afraid anymore.
I have a Ball Python, and I was told that you are NOT supposed to feed it in it's cage. If you do, Everytime you open the lid to take it out, it will think you are food, and strike. When it's feeding time for mine, I have a separate cage that I put her in before I give her her mice. That way, every time I open her cage, she doesn't know if it's dinner time, or play time! My Bayja has never bitten me, so it works for me!makeup counter eye make up

Can anyone advise me on using a good condom??? I've never used one...and I'm going to get lucky soon...advice?
My boyfriend and I prefer Trojans...I like the warm lubricating ones, but your partner may not. Ribbed ones are suppose to be good for extra pleasure. Lifestyles are another popular brand and that is what the health clinic back home used to give out. Latex is the best type to go with unless you or your partner are allergic. Can anyone advise me on using a good condom??? I've never used one...and I'm going to get lucky soon...advice?
We like the Trojans the best, be sure to get the right size. Can anyone advise me on using a good condom??? I've never used one...and I'm going to get lucky soon...advice?
it's kind of uncomfortable but the best brand is rough rider. works for me and good luck.

I need ADVISE. I don't have a girlfriend, I depressed about it, and I have a bigger problem now. Advice?
Ok. My parents are separated, and they don't speak to each other anymore. My father's family is planning a get-together, because my father's and one of my cousin's birthday is comming up. Their birthday is within a couple days of each other. I have a second cousin, who is my age. He has a girlfriend, and they treat me younger then him. We're both 19. Right now, I'm single searching for a girlfriend. I HATE not having a girlfriend, and it embarrasses me. They always do things at get-togethers, to upset me for not having a girlfriend. My brother has a girlfriend and so does my 2nd cousin, so it is always me that's seen without a girlfriend. I'm sick of it. I know they both are going to be there at the get-together with their girlfriends. Then I'll be there without a girlfriend, and everyone will be treating me like a 9 year old, because of it. I don't want to go. I deserve a girlfriend as much as they do. I will do anything to get out of going. I won't go and my dad isn't happy about it.I need ADVISE. I don't have a girlfriend, I depressed about it, and I have a bigger problem now. Advice?
That perfect girl will come, just be a little patient. Don't force yourself to get a girlfriend, it'll just end up terrible. I feel the same way in the aspect that you deserve to have a significant other, just don't let it get to you. Being single should be something to be happy about, you can look at any hot girl you want. If it really does bother you not to have someone, go and ask one of your girl buddies to be your girlfriend, if not, then get to know a girl you like at school and progressively get her to hang out and invite her to your family's get together. The more you let your family get to you about not having someone, the more they'll treat you like that. Just show them that you can take it, and then blast in the next get together with a hot broad that will blow them away.I need ADVISE. I don't have a girlfriend, I depressed about it, and I have a bigger problem now. Advice?
I know EXACTLY where you're coming from, because I don't have a girlfriend, and I HATE being unattached ! Having said that, I think you should go to the family get -- together ... at least make a token appearance . Tell your father you'll go, but you'll leave if anybody teases you about not having a girlfriend . As it stands now, you're hurting your father by refusing to attend, and that won't do any good ... I also have to add -- Cleverpuss1970 had a GREAT idea !!
I'm going to go with everyone else. If this is something you can't get out of (for real) then I would call up a few girls, tell them what is going on, and ask them to accompany you to the get together. A girlfriend doesn't have something of a romantic thing, it can always be casual (and many romantic relationships start up as casual.) Then at the party, you can talk about all the things you'd like to do together, and who knows, maybe it will lead to romance.
But you need to quit wallowing in self-pity about your lack of love life. It's not going to get you a girlfriend any time soon. Seriously, for real. If after the party, they still give you grief about not getting a girlfriend, you should log on to Dear Abby at http://www.dearabby.com and send her a message describing your problem. She gives really good advice and you can trust her.
Personally, I think your 2nd cousin and brother who have girlfriends are co-dependent, the type of person who needs to be constantly dating, and can't live without girlfriends because they don't know how to love themselves. It's the most pathetic thing I've ever heard. Were it me, I would've shrugged the teasing off, then e-mailed them a link of Chris Crocker's video on codependency, (I sent you the link in a private e-mail some weeks ago) telling them they need to take a good look at it and listen to the message behind it! AND YOU CAN TELL THEM THAT I THINK THEY ARE CODEPENDENT!!!!!!
Dude, not to get personal, but I'm worried about you, man. This is nothing to kill yourself over at all.
Well, you don't need a REAL girlfriend for this, you just need some friends who happen to be girls! Call all the girls you know up, (and have them call a few if you don't know many who will do this for you) and ask them ALL to go with you as your dates! Then you will have a group of girls all hanging on your arms, and you can say that you just couldn't choose! I'll just BET you will see pride shining in your dear old dad's eyes!
Might be a good idea to try approaching a girl and asking her if she would like to go with you.
How many cousings you got? damn you LAME!
wow that seems like a lot of pressure put on you! but you should ingnore them or go look for someone
your an adult.. u dont have to go if you dont want to..
So don't go. Take your dad out afterwords, another night to dinner or something.
Or go, hold your head up high, and shurg off the crap family gives you. If you don't let it bother you, then they won't keep doing it. They do it because it gets a rise out of you.
Do you have any female friends that you could ask to go with you, maybe explain to them what's going on with your family, and maybe one would be willing to help you out and go with you, so they can't say anything?
you need to be happy with yourself, and then girls will be more attracted to you
sitting here and wallowing in why you don't have one will NOT do anything. trust me. every girl wants a confident nice guy
being attractive is sometimes a good thing, but widely overrated.
good luck! i'm sure your perfect girl's out there =D

Can anyone advise me of a good company 2 book labia reduction with?and possible prices?any expereinces/advice?
I would really like to have surgery to have my labia reduced and i am not sure where/who to go with. I know there is harley street doctors and bupa do it but i just wanted some advice before i go ahead.
I am also not sure of prices?
thanksCan anyone advise me of a good company 2 book labia reduction with?and possible prices?any expereinces/advice?
Why would you want to mutilate your self, you realise no matter how skilled the surgeon, he can never reconnect the nerve endings so that you would not experience any pleasure by your partner caressing your labiaCan anyone advise me of a good company 2 book labia reduction with?and possible prices?any expereinces/advice?
I want the same thing, i think its around 拢2000, and they do it under local anastetic (sp) and the surgery itself is usually around 2 hours and you can go home the same day. Erm i think they do it with a laser now so theres no scarring but about places to go im not sure...you should ask your doctor or something they will be able to refer you to somebody.

I was advised 'never look at a camera, and don't make faces' - does that advice still hold true?
The advisor was the TV director father of 2 famous screen actors, teaching a class at drama school.
I've just watched the Christmas 'Doctor Who', and thought Dervla Kirwan acted everybody else off the screen.I was advised 'never look at a camera, and don't make faces' - does that advice still hold true?
As a rule of thumb, never look into the camera unless told to do so. Facial expressions should only be done if the nature of the scene requires it.
While it may appear that some actors/actresses are looking into the camera, they are often looking just above the camera line, focusing on a point behind the camera.I was advised 'never look at a camera, and don't make faces' - does that advice still hold true?
well i agree with one of the answerer ( the actor one). don't look directly into the camera. just the focus point above the camera.
and what did you mean Dervla Kirwan acted every body else off the screen? Was that a criticism or compliment? Mind my ignorance.. :X
ever tried the hell of wedding photos without looking at the camera? Yes it was great and lovely but about halfway through the posed photos my smile became a painful grimace and it shows.
it depends when you go into an audition ask the casting director.
odds are she will have already told you who to act to, so it all depends!
Yes, especially in your case.

Do you think the people you advise to';get a life';actually go out and get one as a result of your sage advice?
I don't give that particular piece of oh-so-caring advice; I will say, though, that the idea of someone answering a question on here with that advice is HILARIOUS considering. Nice crazy bit of irony, there, huh. Somebody sitting around all evening, answering random questions on a web site, telling someone to go out and get a life. Hah!Do you think the people you advise to';get a life';actually go out and get one as a result of your sage advice?
I never give THAT advice. Anyway, I guess most people feel offended when they get that and they react the opposite way. So, no. I don't think many of them go out and get a life, when somebody else tells them to do so.Do you think the people you advise to';get a life';actually go out and get one as a result of your sage advice?
Needy one...People who need to get a life are scum suckers. Live at home with parents, parasites %26amp; druggies. That's why some of them go to jail for 3 meals a day and a place to live.
Heck no, because when you see them in town a few weeks later, they're still doing the same stupid things they were doing before the sage suggestion.
Yes, because I'm just awesome like that.
Depends on the kind of person and what kind of day they're having. If its a really serious person and takes things serious and is having a bad day on top of that then yea they are probably are going to set goals for themselves meet those goals thus having a life.If its a generally happy person and they are having a good day then they are probably just going to brush it off and get on with their life if they have one.
Nope. Just psses them off.
buddy seriously . . .u need to get a life? . .why would you waste 2 minutes asking this question?. .obviously you dont have a life.
None that I know of, when these people are so self absorbed in their own incompetence, they couldn't hit water if they fell out of a boat.
yes they do been there done that then the other person tried to get into my life it was so amazing
Sounds like your a needyone.
if they did get one, it will be b'coz of the Holy Spirit has touched their hearts. I can't take credit for what God do through me
I never give THAT advice.

Advise is the verb. Advice is the noun.
I shall advise you to listen to my advice ,'never advise anybody if he/she doesn't ask your advice.'
Advise is an adjective, advice is a noun.
Advice is a noun, advise is a verb.
';I would advise you to listen to others advice';. See the difference? Advise is present tense, and advice is past tense.

To advise is to give . Advice is what you are given
Advise is the verb and advice is the noun.
';I need some advice';
';Would you advise me please?';
In England, you advise (verb) by giving advice (noun). Similar instances are practise (verb) and practice (noun), although I think practise serves as both noun and verb in America. Also license and licence, which is why licenced to sell liquor is incorrect.

Advice is something you give.
Advise is something you do
advise: is if someone asked you about a certain brand of something and you told tehm what you thought or if you had read something about it thenyou would 'advise' them of your knowledge of the product
advice: this is something that you give to someone if they need help with something for example if your friend needed to pick her mother up from the hospital at 3 pm but needed to be on a date at 10 minutes past, you could give her advice on how she could plan her time?
or if someone asked you a question adn had their own opinion on the answer they could give you advice about the answer maybe?
Advise is the act of giving someone advice.
I agree with Eddie but......Eddie, shut up mate. The answer you gave should finish at the first line because that's what the questioner wants. (Points off for verbiage) And I didn't give you the thumbs down, it looks like someone else has the same thoughts as I have.

Hair Advice!!! my hairdresser put a whole head tint of bleach and it went multicoloured! please advise me!!?
She said the reason it went orange in places was because the time before i got my hair done it was very uneven! so she then put some brown through the parting and now theres a big panel left at the back and underneath! the thing is i can't put anymore color on it yet cos my hair had to have 4 inches cut off because of the bleach! i still want to be blonde but not have all these tones in it the salmon colour is the worst! my hairdresser says when the brown fades it will look much better but it looks stripey and i just don't know what to do i had to come into work with a hat on! how can i settle it down? please help i just don't know what to do. xxxxHair Advice!!! my hairdresser put a whole head tint of bleach and it went multicoloured! please advise me!!?
Sorry to hear that happened.
I would be going back in there and telling the manager you are most unhappy with your hair, and demanding a different hairdresser fix it for you. Obviously it will not be what you wanted in the first place, but just so you are not so embarrassed you have to wear a hat! Just make them fix it so you are happy to be seen in public.
THEN next time, swap to a new hairdresser.
Lots of luck.Hair Advice!!! my hairdresser put a whole head tint of bleach and it went multicoloured! please advise me!!?
You might have to go darker, i would advise putting a semi-permanent color on it (also called a rinse or cellophane) to conceal the mess. Honestly you need to let the blond idea go for now and go darker so you dont look like a clown until your hair gets healthy again, and grows out and you can start over...this time with a different hairdresser! Go to someone who knows what their doing because honestly it sounds like she didnt.
Its going to look worse when it fades not better.. I have first had experience in this..
My advice, switch hairdressers quick, she shouldn't have burnt your hair so badly to have to have 4 inches cut of in the first place, did she even check on the colour throughout the process..
go to superdrug and get Live XXL blonde and pre lighten it and then colour your hair with your own desired shade.
http://www.superdrug.com/invt/113816
It annoys me when people ask about colouring their hair at home and everyone says go to the hairdresser you will ruin it at home! well I would rather ruin my hair at home than spent 拢40+ getting a 'professional' to wreck it for me!
I would also have told the hairdresser you expect your hair colouring to be free until you get the desired shade if she is going to bugger it up it will cost you a fortune trying to correct that at a hairdressers
oh hunni,
what i did when my hair went pink was to get coloured mouse from boots or superdrug, always go darker, and just put tonnes of it in, it will help conceal the colour for a few days and nourish your hair a little so a colour stripper or another colour can be done in a week or so xxxxxxx
also put lots of conditioner on every nigh, it will make ur hair go very soft and maybe greasy but it will be so much better after ur next dye xx
but i would try coloured mousse xxxx
im not sure what the right answer is but if shes right and if the brown fades and it will look better then use head and shoulders or a realy good anti dandruf to fade, but best thing to do is wait a while and just keep putting in highlights to even it out, you also get sprays that lighten your hair when you apply heat, your hair is gonna be damaged anyway so just get very good hair products and treatments to counteract the damage its the only thing to do, so if you hate the colour and really want to be blonde then you gonna have to bleach again, I had a similar experience and i think the hair dresser blaming your previous hair sesion was very unproffesional because it is her duty as a hair tech to judge the condition of your hair ask good questions and determine what would bring out the best results, it just seems like she was shifting the blame after all she is the one who coloured your hair to look the way it did, it happened to me and i refused to pay and demanded they fix it for free, the lady was so unexperienced that it also turned a salmon pick colour and was like grass i have very thick curly hair so it was impossible to do anything with my hair, so i shaved my head last year and have let it grow back ( flipin slow but getting there) and now i realize that blonde suits me and thats what ill stick to and maintain, how do these celebrities do it so well from blonde to black to blonde to brown and there hair looks great?
Sorry to hear that happened.

Can a Realtor advise you on which houses are better for flipping and will they give you advice on that?
IF you know a realtor you can trust. Most realtors have relationships with investors or also invest in real estate themselves and they keep the best deals that would be great flips for their investors or themselves.
Make a good realtor contact and you could have some power to find good deals too :) if you need financing there is some info at http://www.fivestarsmortgage.com/investo鈥?/a>Can a Realtor advise you on which houses are better for flipping and will they give you advice on that?
Rick is wrong, flipping is not a thing of the past, myself and many others do it daily.
My first suggestion to anyone looking to flip is to find a Realtor who knows what they are doing. I flip homes, but only after I offer the deal to my investors. As a Realtor i would just add you to that list, i do not play favorites, and when i come across a flip i call all my investors. If all pass up for one reason or another that is when i may step in and buy. My clients are always first. Point being there are a lot of flips out there and if you want to find them you are going to have to find yourself a good Realtor.
Good luck,
RE Agent,
RemaxCan a Realtor advise you on which houses are better for flipping and will they give you advice on that?
As a Realtor, I would not advise a client on flipping houses. If I advised a client to purchase with the intent to flip at a profit and the property does not sell, the client will lose money. Who do you think they will want to hold responsible for their failed flip? Flipping is much too risky to jeopardize my reputation and license as a real estate professional. Another example would be if a Realtor advised you to buy a property because the property value will double in 2 years. How can any Realtor be certain of future value. They can't! My point here is that it is not a good practice to advise clients to purchase based on future value or flip ';potential';.
The truth is, if they know which ones are going to be easy to flip, they will buy it themselves, or pass it to a friend or relative, they will not tell you which are the best, A better way to find houses to flip is to check out the houses being sold by owner, they can sell at a lower price, because they don't have to turn 7% over to a realestate agent,
Flipping is dead. Buy now, and you've bought past the top.
If a house is below market
1. they would flip it there self.
2 they would have a flipper that pays them a side fee. '; finder fee of the books';
3 They would not tell you or the public. Sort of makes you think what els are they not telling everybody? That would short the market and thus drive up prices, Oh my that could make a overinflated bubble..

Ime an inventer and i need to be able to seek advise face to face advice from a profeshinal whare do i find it
You should consult with a ';Patent Attorney'; to properly protect your invention, establish priority (document that you are the first inventor), have a patent search performed (usually by specialists) to prove novelty and to prepare a patent application in the correct form. Bar Associations can give you lists of patent attorneys (near you?). You should avoid disclosing your invention (except to a disinterested witness who can testify that they inderstand the invention and the date they witnessed it and sign and date a sketch, etc.) to the public because it may enter the public domain and you could lose all rights to it. Often, you have only one year to apply for a patent once it is publically disclosed. Good luck.Ime an inventer and i need to be able to seek advise face to face advice from a profeshinal whare do i find it
A patent attorney may advise you that you do not need a working model; what if it were as big as a house, right? good luck.

University advice- how to achieve and work towards a specific goal-please advise!?
Hi. Basically, I'm about to begin my second year of uni. Last year although I did well, all I needed was an average of less than 50% to pass. This however didn't stop me from putting 100% effort into my work consistently. I am very motivated to do whatever it takes to average 70% or higher in each of my modules this year to help me on my way to getting a first. The only problem is, how do I go about achieving this? I got marks in the seventies last year however these marks were not consistent.
I want to create a step by step plan so that I can break down my bigger goal and ambition of achieving a first class degree, into much smaller, frequent manageable goals. How can I go about doing this? I know that I can do this and I plan to ask my lecturers for advice too once I'm back at university. I was just wondering if there was any advice people on here could give in the meantime please? Which steps would you follow to achieve this goal.
I would be grateful of any help anyone can offer. Sensible answers only please though. Thank you:)University advice- how to achieve and work towards a specific goal-please advise!?
The more time you spend with your specific class subjects, the better your level of understanding. It is all dependent on you.
Here is an example - you are taking intro to geology. Obviously you read the chapters in the textbook and spend some time with the rocks. Also go to the closest road cut and spend hours describing what the geology is of that one area. Read some geology books on your own - 'Coming Into the Country'; is my favorite. Learn cool things about rocks. This process for every class makes you a much better student and gets the most out of your uni education.

I need your advice. Someone advise me-I am a 30-something male with bare finances and want to move out.?
I live with my Aunt who raised me because I pursued an acting/theatre career for about 8 years to no avail and now only have about 3 years at permanent jobs (office jobs). I now have the opportunity to save money-but not much. I am wondering if I should stay with my Aunt and save as much as I can toward a down-payment on an apartment (co-op or condo) or stay with her until I save up enough to rent a place of my own or share with a roommate? It would take years to save toward a down-payment-I have horrible credit (student loans defaulted-in repayment now, but just recently), collections accounts, a record, and my Aunt partially wants me there to help her because she cannot walk properly and I'm sort of enabling her to stay an invalid because she never gets out of the house. I know I can't move out just yet - the housing situation in NYC is horrible and many scammers out there renting rooms - already did that and not a good move. So should I save up for the co-op/condo or rental?I need your advice. Someone advise me-I am a 30-something male with bare finances and want to move out.?
You are THIRTY and trying to decide if it is time to leave the nest and cut the apron strings!?!!!
WOW!
Cut those puppies, even if you have to live in a box. You are seriously past the time to support yourself and need to go cold turkey.
Get a better paying job if this one does not suffice and maybe some money counsiling. There is no reason you should be in debt and have collections when you don't even support yourself.
Something is wrong here and you really need professional help, not just advice and opinions.I need your advice. Someone advise me-I am a 30-something male with bare finances and want to move out.?
WTF - Grow up. Mid 30's and acting like a 16 y/o.
If the aunt wants you there, then still. If the aunt wants you out, then get out and find a room somewhere.
Get a 2nd job TODAY (and a full time 1st job) and start saving 50% and paying off the debt with 50%.
If the aunt died, you would be SOL.
Hi
I saw your question I have decided to help people out due to the fact that I myself has been scammed twice by fake lenders in my search for a loan but at last I got a reliable lender that gave me the loan($60,000 USD) that I was in dire need of even with a bad credit. Hence I decided that I will refer anybody I come across to this God sent lender he is reliable and his terms are fair. You can get to him via his email address charles_lenders@yahoo.com Please tell him that Deborah Kirk he gave out a loan to me . I have search for a legit lender until I got him and I decided to help my fellow humans with this because there are a lot of fake lenders out there and I do not want any body to fall a prey please get to him and tell him that I referred you to him.
Thanks.
Deborah Kirk
Work out an equitable solution with your aunt ... she wants you to stay and you really cannot afford not to. If the biggest problem is the enabling issue then work out with her what you will and won't do. The grass looks greener on the other side but what makes you think a future roommate isn't going to have other issues worse than the enabling one you are talking about. By all means save money but if you don't have to leave where you are, don't. Fix the problems you have rather than find new solutions. You have two people to consider so compromise on what's best for the both of you. Work on fixing your credit but don't rely on credit to fix your life. Increase income, reduce expenses, and come up with a plan. Include your aunt in your plans but let her include you in hers. You can't reach for the stars by sitting down... do something TODAY!!!makeup counter

You can't reach for the stars by sitting down... do something TODAY!!!

Clomid, DR and Husband, Urgently need MAJOR advice, PLEASE advise?
Hey Ladies, I urgently need your advice on something. I am on my AF now, and my dr said to start taking the next round of clomid, My DH want's me to take the next round of clomid as well. I don't want too, I want to take a break for a month as we are going on vacation. I don't want to worry about temps and CM and ovulation. My dr told me to keep up with my cycle and all that while I'm gone. My point is, I dont have regular cycles and if I don't take this next round of clomid there is NO WAY I'm gonna have AF show and when I go to my dr and tell her I never had a period this month and they do a Pregnancy test it'll come back negative and they will do more indepth investigating, can they tell when they go do an inside ultrasound (forget what it's called sorry) that I did not take the clomid to ovulate? Or take blood? I don't want them to stop treating me for infertility, nor do I wish to upset DH, I just want a break for a month and I live in the UK, they might stop treating me if I don't take it for a month as it is not following Dr's orders, they might say well if you don't follow dr's orders then what is the point of us treating you? or something to that effect. Does that make sence? I am supposed to start taking the second round TODAY, any advice is urgently needed and appreciated. Clomid, DR and Husband, Urgently need MAJOR advice, PLEASE advise?
I just found out clomid didn't work for me. I done!! Your body you should decide when you want to take a break.Clomid, DR and Husband, Urgently need MAJOR advice, PLEASE advise?
Hi its your choice if you take it or not i also live in the uk and was on clomid and i took a couple of breaks on it and the doctor didn't mind so i shouldn't see it being a problem. Also you could still take it and not chart or anything when i was on it i never charted and fell pregnant but had a miscarriage. Good luck
Just take it anyways...you don't have to chart your cycle at all.
I am on my second round of clomid. Clomid takes some time depending on your endocrine system to build up in your body. It truly depends on what you are willing to sacrifice to what you want. If your vacation is just timing and clomid, then what else are you not willing to sacrifice for having a child. If you really are interested in using clomid therapy you should follow your doctors instructions, more specifically read more about the complications from starting and stopping the use of a very powerful drug.
well that's up to you hun..no one can give you advice on that i personally think you should keep going and don't stop...you have came this far..why stop for month it could mess up everything like starting all over again...

I really blew it and need help...please advise with advice...?
I have not always been the straightest shooter with my wife, whom I love on many levels....but I was caught yesterday on the phone with someone whom I answered a personal ad from...and she ws rightfully furious.
I haven't had an affair with that person or anyone else since marriage, but I have had some dust ups regarding lying, moving money from bank accounts, etc..and I also admitted to going 'massage' parlos, too.
I am deep in the dog house and realize that I have hit bottom. I would much rather be with my wife and daughter than with anyone else, even thought there are some things my wife doesn't give me (physial intimacy for one)...
How should I proceed given that I could be shown the door at any moment????I really blew it and need help...please advise with advice...?
You crossed a major boundary. You took big steps over the line on your way to betraying your wife and having an affair. Your actions showed intent, even if you didn't get there yet.
You betrayed her trust. Now, you have the long, hard journey of earning back that trust. Why should your wife believe your words that you had not gone any further, especially since you admit you have a pattern of lies.
Own this behavior completely. No excuses or placing blame on someone else. The choice was yours and yours alone. You gave yourself an excuse in the short statement you gave with your question. Don't think your wife will appreciate those kinds of comments. Nor will she appreciate you down playing your 'massage' visits, that was a major betrayal.
Most women have a strong emotional need to feel secure to feel loved. Ever wonder if it has been YOUR history of deception that have caused problems with intimacy with your wife? Meet her needs and it may really help YOU get your needs met also.
Radical, compassionate honesty is necessary to rebuild trust. Make your life an open book, share your life with your wife, no secrets. Be accountable for your time. Let your wife see that you are doing the right things. No quick fix, you damaged trust and it will take time to earn it.
Look into finding a counselor for yourself. Work on building stronger personal boundaries. Show your wife that you are working on improving yourself. Just saying you will doesn't mean much right now, and that you can blame on yourself.
Together, work on meeting each others emotional needs. I'm sure your behavior has not left your wife feeling loved over the years.

It sounds as if you aren't serious about your marriage at all. You sound very deceitful and full of games. How would you feel if she did all of those things to you? You don't seem as if your wife and daughter mean very much to you, because you jeopardize them on a regular basis. If you had issues with her (physical intimacy), you should have gone to her about it instead of acting as a child and sneaking around. COLD BUSTED and rightfully so! If your wife has the mercy to stick around with you, you need to GROW THE **** UP and stop whining about it when you get caught. You made your own idiotic bed....deal with the consequences! MAN UP!
Men complain about lack of intimacy but you often fail to realize that your actions cause this...
It sounds like you need to get your sh*t straight and become a better man before your family washes down the drain.
Tell her that you are sorry and WILL make it work and that you will do anything to make it better...
Also tell her that you have learned your lesson and maybe she will accept it as the truth or yet as another lie...
Good luck.
Couples counseling ASAP. You've taken the first step by admitting you need help and have a problem. Believe in yourself and marriage. Tell you family you love them and want their help.
Change your life for the better. For yourself and them. Yes, it is rightful for your wife not wanting to have physical intimacy with you, cause she can't trust you. Yes, you have done good on admitting your problem. Don't make any verbal promises to them. Just do the mental and physical cleaning up. How would you feel if it were her that done this, you would have been just upset as she is.
I have made some big mistakes (financial) with my wife.. you have to truly realize your priorities and talk to her about it.. reasons why, what you were/are feeling and so on... don't expect to be forgiven any time quick.. you need to make a large effort to correct any problems %26amp; make it happen.. you need to realize with-in your self of why you do these things.. not sure if you have any reasons you can think of.. it is really hard to catch up...
do you go to church? Go talk to your pastor, preacher, priest, and then ask forgiveness from your wife. She may not right away...
GO SEEK COUNSELING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't you think that there is a reason she won't be intimate with you? Maybe because she doesn't trust you? You are going to have to show her in CONCRETE ways that you really mean to stick around. Otherwise she just isn't going to believe it and isn't going to try to help make things better...you have a lot of work to do.
Sorry bud. That would've been the last straw for me. You took it from lying about finances to impersonal happy ending massages to now meeting actual women from ads. I'd drop you right this second. You pushed it too far.
How should you proceed? Hire an attorney, look for an apartment? There is no rebounding from this. You gambled %26amp; you lost. Wonder what else you've done that she HASN'T found out about?
Drop the act and go see a therapist now before it's too late. Tell her that you are seeing yourself on the road to throwing away the most important thing that you have. Be honest with YOURSELF and with her. If she sees you making an effort to fix yourself, maybe just MAYBE she won't kick you to the curb. Good luck, man.
well next time do not get caught so u don't end up in the dog house! lol.. hey u got to get what u got to get to be happy in life and if your wife does not give u the one thing to make u happy then u have every right to get it! just be careful!
hopefully for her own good and her daughters good she leaves you.
you should have thought of them before you saticfied your sexual needs. you are insecure and a woman knows when she is being mistreated. maybe you dont saticfy her in bed and you have to go elsewhere.
SO SAD!
All you can do is beg and yet realize she probably is going to show to the door and you will need to respect her choice in that.
She isn't intimiate with you because your a cheater maybe if you went and got checked for std's that would be a start your a pig she should've showed you the door a long time ago.
yeah u blew it!
it takes a whole lot a ';I'm sorry';s to make up for that mess
write to Dr. Phil and ask for help
tell her u will go to counseling to fix things
maybe suggest marriage councling and tell her what you are lacking from your marriage.. communication in marriage is key!
Think next time before you do something stupid again.
OMG i'd leave ur *** im a heart beat? asian parlor? that asian ones??? '; hunni u want a happy ending with you body shampoo'; sucky suck 5 dolla hunni!
Repent. Accept Christ. She may not forgive you immediately, but he will.
God bless.
You are not a good person
just start packin
wow....u must prove urself thats all u can do!
Hi... The best thing I can suggest for you to do. Is be VERY nice to your wife. She has every reason to be mad. I think 2nd thing should be to let her know that NO, you have not yet had an affair. (if that is true) And that you only love %26amp; want to be with her. It sounds like it would be hard to believe since you have been so dishonest. But, also let her know the reasons why (whatever they may be) that made you do all this in 1st place! She deserves some answers! If in fact it is an intimacy problem the only way it can be fixed it to talk about it. Then actions will follow ya know...Well, hope this helps.
You have to appologize like you never have before. But only if you truly are sorry and are willing to change your ways. Hopefully you are not just sorry you got caught. No one deserves this from their spouse. This can be worked through but you have to realize its going to take A LONG time for her to trust you again and she is going to be mad for quite a while. It will get brought up over and over again and you have to be willing to deal with that. A concellation to what you have done. If you don't think you can remain in good faith to your wife then you need to let her go. Its not fair to her or your daughter. Sometimes it takes a screw up like this to realize what is important and to fix things. I have been there before and its tough...the grass is NEVER greener. Maybe seek out some councelling to to find out what could be making you act out this way..maybe if your wife is gracious enough she will go to and try to work past this with you. Be prepared for a long and bumpy road.
You must address the issues that are causing you to go else where and you must talk to your wife about your need for intimacy..Be honest about everything..your need and want to fix things. Maybe she will consider..You need to become the husband she always needed..Romance, spontanaety..etc...Start with some flowers and a LONG appology..
Good luck..I hope you can fix things!
I think you need to apologize to your wife BIG TIME. Tell her like it is.

What would you advise Moslems abt going on Omra and Pilgrimage this year ?Do you have advice ?
mmm..i can't take responsibility for advising someone not to go because of the swine flue
but i will warn themWhat would you advise Moslems abt going on Omra and Pilgrimage this year ?Do you have advice ?
I advise everyone looking for good prices to go now immediatley before July. It will be easy for reservations and lowest prices, but soon it will turn to the opposite when they know how KSA is ready and when everybody will get use to swine flu news and there will be less panic. What would you advise Moslems abt going on Omra and Pilgrimage this year ?Do you have advice ?
I'd advise them to have all their medications with them, particularly anti-biotics, wear a mask, and try to get well. I know it's difficult to be secluded and away from the crowd, but they'd better take very good care of themselves.
Ya hala!
I live in Makkah.
Bring a Lot of Masks, as the renovation of the Grand Mosque is still going on, '; katheer Turab ';, and of course for your protection.
To wait some time until the swine flu outbreak is over.

Why does MS Office (and Word) Spell Checker assume ';advise'; s/b ';advice';?
Whenever I enter ';Please advise';, Spell Checker prompts that ';advise'; is incorrect; that the correct word is ';advice';! This is obviously nonsense, as one is a verb and the other is a noun. So why doesn't Spell Checker already know this? Anyone have any constructive ideas as to why MS Office applications (i.e. Outlook %26amp; Word) don't recognize the verb, advise? Why does MS Office (and Word) Spell Checker assume ';advise'; s/b ';advice';?
Hmmm. I have Office2000 and I ran ';please advise'; and it did not object. Neither did our website's spell checker. See what happens if next time it pauses on ';advise';, you ';add it to the dictionary'; and run it again and see what it says. Then make sentences out of both advice and advise and see if the problem fixes. Why does MS Office (and Word) Spell Checker assume ';advise'; s/b ';advice';?

I need some advice on my resume any suggestion as to whom is a good service to review and advise a job seeker?
Your answer will depend on the amount of money you plan to spend. I've seen the price range from $20 up to $2,000. It all depends on the service, the resume, the salary range of the job you aspire to ........ My uncle is a retired Colonel in the Air Force. He spend THOUSANDS on his resume package.
