Advise means to counsel. It's a verb.





Advice is a noun and means your opinion of what someone should do.





When she advised me, the advice she gave me was very useful.





But you know, you would really never use the 2 words in the same sentence--too redundant!
advise means to suggest to do something and advice means to give someone proper discusion about your thoughts on the matter and you gerarally follow.
advise: To offer advice to





advice: Opinion about what could or should be done about a situation or problem
